Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• By booking on behalf of a company or group, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

• Bookings can be made online through our website.
• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified at checkout) is successfully received.
• Confirmation details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made using approved methods available on the website.
• Any additional usage beyond the booked time will be charged separately.

Cancellations by Client:

• Refund eligibility will follow the policy shown during booking.
• Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

Cancellations by Management:

• In rare cases (weather, maintenance, force majeure, safety concerns), we may cancel a booking.
• A reschedule or refund will be offered.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours/days prior to the booking time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Location permitted strictly for photoshoots and approved creative activities.
• Illegal, unsafe, obscene, offensive, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or fire-related activities are not allowed unless approved in writing.
• Loud music, vandalism, or disturbance to nearby properties is prohibited.

• Damage to property, furniture, props, landscaping, or structures must be compensated.
• A security deposit may be collected and refunded after inspection.
• We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

• Clients are responsible for their own equipment and valuables.
• We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to client property.

• Entry is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for injuries or accidents except where required by law.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Clients retain rights to content created during the shoot.
• We may request permission to use behind-the-scenes images for promotional purposes.
• Refusal must be communicated in writing prior to the shoot.

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or power failures.

• You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
• All website content, logos, text, and images are our intellectual property.

Personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
